Four open sessions and two appointment sessions are held across three venues within the Shire each month. Session dates are listed below or you can download a copy of the 2012 immunisation program brochure from the link below.
You must take your child's health record book to each session and medicare card to the first visit. Sessions must be attended 15 minutes before the listed finishing time to allow for processing and post-immunisation observation.
