This class is designed for mothers who want to loose their pregnancy weight while having fun and engaging with their child. It is a half hour class which includes a mix of cardio and resistance exercises as well as activities that keeps your child involved and learning.
Classes are currently run in Doreen Mondays and Thursdays at 10am.
