New Saturday morning paediatric speech pathology clinic

If your child is experiencing any of the following then the paediatric speech pathology clinic can assist:
  • A delay with starting to talk
  • Stuttering
  • Unclear speech
  • Difficulties answering questions and following directions
  • Problems putting sentences together (using language)
  • Difficulties playing and using social skills with other children
The new Saturday morning clinics are for children aged from zero to six years old and will be held from 9am to 1pm once a month from March through to August. The clinic will be held at the Nillumbik Community Health Service, 917 Main Road, Eltham.

There is a cost involved in accessing this service however it is means tested based on household income and the number of children. For a referral to the Speech Pathology Service or for more information please phone the Service Coordinator on 9430 9100 and quote 'Saturday morning clinic'.
