Education and Care Services National Regulations Draft

The Exposure Draft of the Education and Care Services National Law Regulations which establish the National Quality Framework (NQF) have been released for consultation. The draft regulations detail the proposed requirements that all early childhood education and care services will be required to comply with when the National Quality Framework is implemented on 1 January 2012. The regulations will impact on long day care, family day care, outside school hours care and services offering a preschool/kindergarten program.
