Bullying that happens at work has traditionally been dealt with as an occupational health and safety breach. This protection will continue, however, bullying offences have also recently been added to the laws that prohibit stalking. This gives victims of bullying more options to deal with bullying behaviours and in severe cases, bullying behaviours can now be treated as a crime.
