A Parent's Guide to Early Childhood Services in Victoria for 2010

The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development have developed a handbook for parents with children aged birth to five years old. The handbook contains valuable information about the early childhood services available within Victoria and includes practical information on the learning and development of children (including milestones), communication and behaviour.

Copies of the handbook are being distributed to parents via maternal and child health nurses, licensed children's services, primary and special schools, libraries, migrant resource centres, Members of Parliament and other community venues.
