Mooroolbark and District Miniature Railway and Steam Club is located at Koloran Reserve, Hawthory Road in Mooroolbark. You can enjoy one of the their public days, which are held on the fourth Sunday of the month from August until December. Picnic and barbeque facilities are available. The number of and type of locomotives vary from day to day, ranging from modern trains to vintage steam trains. The cost is $2 per person and children under four years are free.
