PANDA - Post and Ante Natal Depression Association

PANDA is a national, not-for-profit organisation that was formed in Victoria in 1985. Single Parents Active Kids

Single Parents Active Kids (SPAK) was established to provide single parents in Melbourne with the opportunity to feel socially included and active with their children while networking and establishing connections with other single parents who understand the challenges of parenting alone. SPAK is run by a group of volunteer, single parents who are passionate about providing a quality social network for single parents and their children. They arrange a diverse range of affordable activities and events and have several camps during the year. There is generally at least two activities organised each weekend and during school holidays.
