Mental Health Advice Line

The Mental Health Advice Line is a state-wide telephone information service available to all Victorians seeking mental health information, advice and referral for themselves or another person. Neami provides a range of psychosocial rehabilitation services for people with a mental illness, which include group rehabilitation programs, home based outreach support, supported housing and an art based program. PANDA - Post and Ante Natal Depression Association

PANDA is a national, not-for-profit organisation that was formed in Victoria in 1985. PANDA's national Helpline provides confidential information, support and referral to anyone affected by depression and anxiety during pregnancy and after childbirth (perinatal depression and anxiety), including partners, family members and friends. PANDA also produces and distributes accurate information about perinatal depression and anxiety to health professionals and the wider community.
